At Vanya UAE, we are committed to providing our valued customers with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

Exchange Procedure:

* Customers can exchange products from Vanya Online Store within 3 days of delivery.

* Products must be in their original, unused condition, with a price label attached and accompanied by the invoice.

* In the absence of stock, Vanya will issue a voucher for the same amount.

* Items used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

* To initiate an exchange or return, please get in touch with our customer services department or email us, stating the order ID and the reason for the exchange.

* Vanya reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges if proper care instructions are not followed.

* Customer will bear the courier charges of both sides in case of any replacement or exchange.

* Customer has to sent parcel back to the shipping address(Pakistan) in case of any exchange.

 Refund Policy:

* We do not offer refund. However, for a voucher of equal value will be issued to the customers in exceptional cases where the desired item is unavailable in stock.

* The voucher is valid for one time use only and can be redeemed only on the Online Store. 

 Return Procedure:

* Return the item(s) in their original packaging. We will not accept returns for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way.

* We are not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.

* We recommend hand wash all items in cold water and hand drying to prevent discoloration, print damage and shrinkage. For more details on our washing and caring instructions kindly refer to tags of your item.
