Easy Exchange Policy (3 Days)

If something isn't quite right, we're here to help! We offer a hassle-free exchange within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Size: The size you received does not match the size you ordered.
  • Damaged Item: The product arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.

Exchange Eligibility & Steps:

  1. Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all original labels, protective stickers, and papers still attached.
  3. Proof: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Initiate: Please notify us within the 3-day window to start the exchange process.

 

*In the absence of stock, Vanya will issue a voucher for the same amount.

* Vanya reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges if proper care instructions are not followed.

     Refund Policy:

    * We do not offer refunds. However, a voucher of equal value will be issued to the customers in exceptional cases where the desired item is unavailable in stock.

    * The voucher is valid for one-time use only and can be redeemed only on the Online Store. 

       Return Procedure:

      * Return the item(s) in their original packaging. We will not accept returns for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way.

      * We are not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.

      * We recommend hand washing all items in cold water and hand drying to prevent discoloration, print damage, and shrinkage. For more details on our washing and caring instructions, kindly refer to the tags of your item.

      Important Note on Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. These costs are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will happily process the shipment of your new exchanged item!
